We Can All Go Super Saiyan!!

It has been far too long!!!

It has been a crazy time since I last wrote. I finished the main part of my schooling, so I only have my student teaching left in the Fall. My wife and I have been doing a lot of music. And I have been learning how to be a father! It has been awesome! I could watch Baby Zalen all day long every day if I could get away with it.

But God has been doing something amazing in me!! Something that I know I will look back at one day and say that this was really a time where I was empowered. It has given direction, and having direction gives power! I will unpack that at a later date. But today I really want everyone to know that The Spiritual Warrior isn't something I came up with to think about myself. It's a dream I have carried for whole communities and nations. Here it is:

We all can go Super Saiyan!! That's right!! Spiritually, you are able to go into crazy abilities that blows people away. You have the ability to heal, cast out demons, call things forth that aren't seen yet, bring Heaven to Earth. It isn't just for the leaders in church. It isn't just for those that have it all together! It's for everyone!! Christ's main message was to repent for the Kingdom of Heaven was at hand. What He was saying is to redo your thinking and believe that the Kingdom is within arm's reach!!! All the crazy stuff you saw Him do, His disciples do, was really a manifestation of them trusting that the Kingdom of Heaven was not a destination we are waiting for after we die, but a reality to be lived in right now!!

We have become an overfed Church that does not act enough!! The simple truth is this: You don't need more teachings!! You need to believe!! The way believing wakes you up feels like Neo from The Matrix realizing that he knows Kung Fu!! You realize it is there whether you believe or not!! So you might as well, reap the benefits, and give Jesus what He paid the ultimate price for!!

I will end my rant there, but leave you with a few thoughts to help spur you on:

The God who created everything and can do anything lives inside of you. We have the promise of Him being one with us. That means because of Him, we can do anything!!

You don't think about gravity, but the effects happen anyway. You don't need to get into a certain frame of thinking to come back down to Earth once you jump. You don't need to get into "Prayer Mode" to make things happen spiritually either. You were created as a spiritual being. You are never more or less spiritual.

Law Enforcement knows they have authority, and they speak to people using that authority without changing who they are in order to do so. Likewise, you don't have to change the tone of your voice or work something up in order to use your authority.

When a fighter trains all the time, and his identity is established as a fighter, he can take a fight at anytime and not feel pressure. The same way, spend time with God establishing in your heart that you are God's child, that He has given you authority and power, that nothing can hold you back! You don't have to get worked up to step into the battle, it's as normal to you as everyday life.

The Key is going to be putting it to work. Acting on it keeps the flow of faith growing. In Martial Arts, practicing and competing are the things that keep you seeing your progress and motivating you to move forward. Keep working.

Jesus gave His disciples a brief instruction on what to go and do and told them they had the power and authority. Then they went out and did it. I guarantee you most of us have heard more teachings than them. When are we going to go out in force like they did setting people free?!! Let's go out!! Let's fight!! Let's conquer for God's Glory and give Jesus what He paid for!!
